A Fed Finance, empresa de recrutamento especializado na área da contabilidade e finanças empresariais, encontra-se em processo de recrutamento de um JUNIOR CONTROLLER M/F com fluência em inglês (M/F).

Neste contexto e com report ao CFO, procuramos um Júnior com uma primeira experiência afim de participar no desenvolvimento dos processos e das análises do departamento de controlo de gestão!

O SEU PERFIL

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in finance or accounting; exposure to FP&A or financial control is a plus.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis using Excel; experience with financial planning software or ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills, with an ability to interpret financial data into actionable business insights.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, comfortable working across different teams and departments.

Que funções irão desempenhar

• Key responsabilities.
• Assist in the development and execution of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans.
• Participate in monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and the identification of trends that could impact business performance.
• Support the financial control processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
• Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and systems, including the implementation of new ERP modules or tools.
• Collaborate with the finance and operational teams to provide analytical support for strategic decisions, investments, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Help ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, contributing to the preparation for audits and tax filings.
