Que funções irão desempenhar

Responsibilities: 

• The Customer Service Consultants are the primary contact for customers; 
• They answer questions regarding the flight reservations, cancellations and online check in via phone; 
• The calls are handled in German, and English.

What we offer:

• Fully remote position of an Air Travel Consultant
• Only full time – no part time
• Work schedule: 8 hours a day, 30 minutes lunch and 15 minutes short paid breaks, from Monday to Sunday, starting at 8:00 and 10:00, in the future there will be shifts starting from 7:00 and the last one finishing at 22:00.
• 4 weeks of virtual training in English + 2 weeks of coaching
• Limited contract for 1 year with the probation period of 6 months (with the possibility of prolongation)
• 21 days of vacation
• Flight privileges (ID flights)
• Private health insurance
• Fast internet connection min 16/10 mbps
• No performance bonus for now – plan to be implemented soon
• Full HBA equipment provided, long enough network cable between the router and place of work is not included as the connection via WIFI is not possible
