We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Report Analyst to join the Sitel team.

 

Our expectations about you.

As a Report Analyst, you will be responsible for the production of both Operational and Financial KPI reports, in order to help operations management decisions.

  • Collect and collate Operation and Financial KPI data from our Operations
  • Create, develop and automate reports that reflect such data
  • Deliver reports to the Business Analyst team
  • Analytical thinker in order to optimize day to day tasks and present improvement suggestions

 

What you need to have.

  • Proficient English level (C1 minimum)
  • Advanced Excel Microsoft Office (e.g. pivot tables and macros)
  • Ability to communicate KPI data and forecasts to employees at all levels
  • Ability to work proactively and independently
  • Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and perform multiple tasks with great attention to detail

 

Education and experience.

  • College degree, or directly related work experience
  • Proven experience at least for the past 6 months
  • Intermediate knowledge of Contact Center management and related calculations
