Main Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage and coordinates the daily operation of assigned team;

- Lead assigned associates in effectively providing premier customer service in addition to heavy emphasis on meeting/exceeding departmental service levels and productivity goals;

- Lead in the development of all team associates through coaching;

- Effective follow-up procedures  to ensure escalated claims, closed loop and/or clients' needs and questions are resolved timely;

- Other duties and project work as assigned.

 

Skills:

- Experience in Contact Center;

- Has worked with teams across multiple locations (including remote teams);

- Self-motivated, self-driven, can work independently and make recommendations to improve the business;

- Communicates effectively with own team, account team and client;

- Can travel as required to any of our locations.
