Marketing Specialist



Our client is a global provider of mobile engagement solutions. At the moment they are catering their clients through three business brands distributed globally: DIGIWE – Digital Mobile Solutions, TECHWE – Technology Solutions and GOVWE – Government Solutions.

With over 10 years of international experience, multipurpose mobile engagement platforms, they design, develop and deliver turnkey projects for our customers across all 5 continents.

The group operates in 80 countries through 30 offices. Outside of their core Latin American and Middle Eastern markets, they are rapidly consolidating their position across Africa, Eastern Europe and the Asian regions.

To sustain its fast paced growth, the company maintains a clear focus on new trendy technology and needs to expand its team. In that context, our client is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to be based in their office in Lisbon.



  • Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends;
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns;
  • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.);
  • Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns;
  • Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts;
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, etc.);
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies;
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.



  • BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent;
  • Maximum 3-4 years of experience as marketing specialist or similar role;
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools;
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.);
  • Well-organized and detail oriented;
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills;
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind;
  • Willingness to travel;
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).
