We are currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join the Sitel team.

We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Intern to support all programs and services related to our company’s Marketing department.

Our expectations about you,

 

  • ​​​​​​Support the Marketing and Communications Manager to achieve the objectives of the Marketing and Communications strategy
  • Keep the website up-to-date with news, upcoming events, and relevant information
  • Support with the development of marketing materials
  • Support with the organization of events

 

What you need to have,

 

  • Full working proficiency in Portuguese & English (C1 minimum)
  • A relevant degree and experience (non-mandatory)
  • Knowledge in Web design, Internet and Social media tools & Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to work in a small team and be prepared to help in a wide variety of tasks
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
  • Dependable and reliable: able to produce consistently high quality and quantity of written work
  • Good personal organization and presentation; first-class communication skills and commitment to delivering excellent service to members – always going the extra mile
  • Good prioritization to reach decisions quickly and effectively with an excellent eye for detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Eligible for an IEFP Internship (1 position for level 6 + 1 position for level 3)

 

Nice to have,

 

  • Knowledge of and experience in the contact center industry
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within the organization
  • Proficiency in other major European languages (preferable)
