What you need to have,
  • Proficient Italian (C2)
  • Advanced level of English (C1 minimum)
  • Outstanding people skills with a passion to help others
  • Availability to work 8 hours/ day, 40 hours/ week, rotating shifts

 

Experience in, (preferential)

  • CRM and ticketing platforms (i.e. Zendesk, Helpshift, Salesforce or other similar)

For non-EU applicants, it is mandatory to hold a valid work permit
