• Solve customer’s problems, guaranteeing their satisfaction;
• Answer inquiries from the service users through several channels (email, back-office channels, and telephone).
• English native speaker (C2 Level);
• Client oriented attitude;
• Experience in call center environment (preferred);
• Experience in technical support (preferred);
• Good reasoning and analytical skills;
• Friendly proactive attitude;
• Great communicator in challenging situations;
• Good multi-tasking and typing skills;
• Good understanding of Microsoft Windows® and Microsoft Office® or equivalents.
• Schedule: 8 am to 6 pm, rotating shifts, from Monday to Friday;
