Our Client

Our client is a Fortune 500 company and the world's largest communications company by revenues. They bring it all together! Mobile services, next-generation TV, high-speed internet and smart solutions for people and businesses.


Responsibility

• Help customers with questions regarding prices, subscription possibilities or payment conditions;

• Manage client’s service cancellation;

• Identify business opportunities;

• Upselling and Cross-selling;

• Assist customers with questions related to their accounts.


Your Profile

• Near-native level of spoken and written English;

• High School Diploma;

• Previous experience in a sales related job;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Team spirit.

• 8 hours of work per day, 40 hours per week with rotating shifts and days off;

• Work schedule from Monday to Friday, from 1 pm to midnight;
