Your responsibilities

·         Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries;

·         Follow up to customer inquiries by taking specific action in a timely manner;

·         Aim to resolve issues on the by phone call and be proactive;

·         Appropriately communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email;

·         Be able to work to customer service measures, metrics and KPIs.


What we are looking for


·         Superb written and oral communication skills in both English (B2 level minimum) & French (C1/C2 level);

·         Team player with a positive attitude who thinks as a business owner would;

·         Availability to work various shifts;

·         Proficiency with desktop computer system and internet skills;

·         Prior customer service experience;

·         Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;

·         Passion for fashion is a PLUS!
