Teleperformance Portugal is recruiting for customer service projects for our clients that are world leaders in their business field. We seek ambitious candidates, with the desire to build a solid career in one of the best companies to work for in Portugal.


Our Client

Our customers have strong presence in the European market, specialized in subjects like software development and support, fashion advisement, gaming support, marketing analyst, telecommunications and market studies. 


Responsibility

We seek candidates that are able to ensure a service of exceptional quality and have the ability to provide our customers the needed clarifications about their service, using the right tools. Our agents will also be responsible for the follow up and management of clients accounts. 


Your Profile

•  English Level Required: C1. 

•  High School Degree; 

•  Experience/knowledge in Contact Center will be an added value;

•  Computer Skills; 

•  Quick and efficient management of time; 

•  Client oriented; 

•  Proactive personality, with initiative spirit; 

•  Communicative and team spirit; 

•  Dynamic and organized.
