To sustain the growth of our Dutch Operations in Lisbon, we’re currently recruiting some Dutch Assistant Recruiters to join our team of multilingual, international recruitment experts. Reporting to the International Recruitment Manager, you will be owner of international recruitment and selection processes.
Main Responsibilities: • Writing and posting advertisements; • Receiving, organizing, analyzing and selecting applications; • Calling potential future employees and making call reports; • Preparing recruitments lists; • Dealing with the recruitment process bureaucracy; • Communicating the results to the applicants.
Who are we looking for? • Native Dutch speakers (mandatory); • Fluency in English (mandatory); • Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection is a plus; • Good commercial skills, preferable in a Contact Center environment; • International experience is a plus (e.g. Erasmus); • University degree, preferably in Human Resources or similar; • Good knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
