Our Customer Support Advisors will be an asset to their new exciting team, working for this big client that is a global leader in the IT field.

Your main tasks:

  • Troubleshoot issues related to technical equipment
  • Escalate potential service issues to the appropriate level (when necessary)
  • Always maintain and improve customer satisfaction level

Our Profile of Preference:

  • Native/High level of English (eliminatory)
  • Previous experience in contact centre would be a plus
  • Customer service oriented, with good communication skills
  • Team-player
  • Flexible and with stress resilience
