The chosen candidate will be directly reporting to the Director of the company while they will be supervising a team member within the legal department.
- Liaising with the MGA/ MFSA
- Preparing applications for gaming licences/ PSP licences,
- Managing the licence application, due diligence checks
- Reading and reviewing different contracts, etc.
- Day to Day Administration
Requirements:
- Previous compliance experience, Legal experience will be considered as an asset
- Experience within the gaming sector
- Experience in the application of Gaming Licences and experience in dealing with MGA
- Good communication skills, ownership of one’s work and a high sense of responsibility
- Fluent in English while any foreign languages are a plus but not a requirement.
