What you’ll do:

  • As Annuity Lifecycle Manager, you hold the responsibility for the operational E2E annuity lifecycle management for a given Account
  • You will have a project approach to the IB of the account following a consistent methodology aligned to the different stages of the IB visivility and requirements of the Account
  • You will work in close partnership with the Customer, Sales and several Operations roles and will represent CPS in front of the Customers demonstrating a ONE operations face

 This requires you to:

  • Connect the dots across different departments and teams
  • Have a deep understanding of the Annuity business and Cisco transition to RR
  • Understand the different data sources and how to leverage the different capabilities available
  • Work in close collaboration with the Customer and Cisco Sales Teams on understanding the business requirements to advise on the actions to be taken around the IB
  • Manage and be accountable for the tasks required for the IB to go through the different lifecycle stages leveraging a project management approach
  • Perform risk assessment 
  • Acquire deep knowledge of the organizational set-up to its full extent
  • Ensure an ongoing communication with both Operations and Cisco Sales Teams

Who you’ll work with

  • You will be part of the Customer and Partner Services team and will work closely with your peers in-country, regionally and globally
  • You will leverage the network of specialists and cross-functional teams across in-person and digital channels
  • With thorough understanding and knowledge of your Account/set of Accounts, you will be a business partner of both Country/Segment Operations Managers and Cisco Sales Teams

  • You deliver Operational guidance to the Sales Teams and Customers on anything related to their annuity business, and you are knowledgeable, proactive and accountable for all operating catalog (Technical Services/Advanced Services/Software) at the Account level

What you'll bring

  • Bachelors + 2 to 5 years of related experience preferred, or Masters + 2 years of related experience preferred
  • Project Management experience of 2+ years a plus
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Analyze information and work with others to evaluate alternative solutions to confirm path forward
    • Strong planning and analytical skills
  • Soft Skills:
    • Analytical Problem Solver
    • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, demonstrate flexibility and resilience
    • Explain information and effectively lay out pros and cons of alternatives to consider
    • Developing ability to communicate and drive improvement across cross-functional teams to improve operations metrics and customer satisfaction
    • Highly organized with strong project management and time management skills
    • Excellent communication skills at all levels of management -- presentation as well as personal, soft skills
    • Advanced Excel skills required
