If so, you could be the ideal Airport Team Leader for our Jet2holidays Team at Faro Airport!
Reporting into the Destination Manager, the Airport Team Leader will be responsible for:
- Leading, motivating and coaching a team of Airport based Customer Helpers to deliver VIP customer service at all times
- Plan your teams rosters to ensure they are on hand at the airport to ensure our customers safe and efficient transfer to their resort on arrival and at the end of their holiday, greet our customers as they arrive safely back at the airport to return to the UK to book with us time and time again
- Also be the team's first point of contact for advice, as well as working with our transfer agents and colleagues to help deliver feedback to improve service delivery
- Representing our Jet2holidays values at all times whether this be face to face, email, over the phone or via social media is also key to the success of this role

Already living in the destination, you’ll know:
- The area inside out and ideally speak the local language confidently, as well as being fluent in English
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous team leadership experience, ideally gained within an Airline or Tour Operator
