The International Professionals Programme (IPP) is a focused, intensive 24 month graduate programme that will prepare you for a career in international development and banking. During the programme, participants rotate through three assignments: one in Banking, one in Risk management and one in a Resident Office in one of our countries of operation.Throughout the programme, participants undertake a tailored training plan which encompasses in-depth technical training on core skills required for the job as well as personal and business skills development.
