Established in 1992, Active Assistance provides the very best care for adults and children with complex continuing health care needs and physical disabilities. As a care specialist for Spinal Cord Injury, we support adults with a high level spinal cord injury but also support people with progressive and neurological conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease and Muscular Dystrophy. Active Assistance place clients at the heart of the services we offer and design packages of care around them. This means Active Assistance is able to support people on a ‘live in’ or ‘live out’ basis.
